Bradycardia in a patient with lung cancer

A 70-year-old man presented with fatigue andbdyspnea. He denied any chest pain, orthopnea, pedalnoedema, dizziness and syncope. He had a history of hypertension, hyperlipidaemia and minor coronary artery disease identified on coronary angiography performed a year ago.
