Intraocular Cilia in Retinal Detachment

Retained cilia are an uncommon cause of retinal detachment. Most of the reported cases are associated with antecedent trauma. We report 2 interesting cases of intraocular cilia associated with retinal detachment, one of which is in an adolescent in an atraumatic setting.
