Primary Angiosarcoma Masquerading as Scalp Haematoma After Head Injury


Angiosarcomas are extremely uncommon, making up <1% of all sarcomas. Specifically, the scalp accounts for approximately 50% of all angiosarcoma cases, yet this comprises a mere 0.1% of all head and neck malignancies.
