Spontaneous Repositioning of a Subluxated Posterior Chamber Intraocular Lens

Malpositioning of a posterior chamber intraocular lens (PCIOL) is a potential complication following cataract surgery. To our knowledge, only 2 cases of spontaneous repositioning of an anteriorly dislocated PCIOL have been reported in literature. We describe a case of late anterior subluxation of a PCIOL followed by spontaneous repositioning 1 month after presentation.
