When I was asked to deliver this inaugural Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) Oration, I was deeply moved and truly appreciative of the honour this ancient institution has done to me. However, it was with much hesitation that I accepted as I know there are others with greater merit and certainly can speak with more eloquence.
