“The one” Annoying Patient

Schizophrenia – a mind torn asunder – is a difficult illness to live with, both for the patient as well as for the caregiver; thus, it is not an uncommon sight to see the authorities bring such patients to our psychiatric practice, whether abandoned or simply lost. What was unusual in this case is that this patient was handed over to us by 2 dour “agents” as they introduced themselves.
