Dyke-Davidoff-Masson Syndrome

An 8-year-old boy presented with uncontrolled seizures. He was born as the second child to non-consanguineous parents. He had significant perinatal asphyxia in the newborn period. He had developmental delay since infancy and was noticed to have right-sided tonic clonic seizures since the age of 3 years, which was uncontrolled on phenytoin.
